EXECUTIVE CHEF OWNER –
Ever since she could remember, Chef Dawn has wanted to cook. Being American born to a French mother, importance was placed on her French heritage. Chef Dawn would be sent to live with her “grandmaman” in France for 5 months out of the year. There, Chef Dawn would learn the French language, history, customs, and most importantly to her, the French cuisine.
Each year Chef Dawn would return to her grandmother’s expansive farm in the Alsace-Lorraine region, and would learn to plant, tend and cultivate wonderful organic fruits and vegetables. From the garden a bounty would be picked each day and used to everyday and formal cuisine.
Decades later, Chef Dawn kept on with her lifelong desire, and went to be formally trained at the Nationally Accredited Culinary program at O.C.C.. There she was hired while still in school and on recommendations of her instructors with a well-known catering establishment as one of their chefs.
From there, Chef Dawn wanted to incorporate her past training in nutrition with her knowledge of fresh organic food, and Chef Dawn’s personal chef services began. Today, Chef Dawn brings a variety of services including catering, event coordination and professional service referrals for your event.
Chef de Cuisine –
At a young age, If Chef Mark wasn't outside helping his father rebuild cars, he was in the kitchen learning how to cook from his mother and grandmother.
There, he learned all of the fundamentals of food preparation with an Italian and Eastern European flair.
He since mastered comfort foods from home made pasta and pizza to perogies to grilling burgers and steaks to perfection.
Under Executive Chef Dawn's training, he has learned the art of finer cooking, developing delicate flavors and expanding and improving his extensive base of comfort foods.
